- Account data: name, email address, password (stored hashed) or Google sign-in profile details.
- Learning data: your goals, role, preferences, mission and quiz results, submissions, XP, streaks and progress.
- Usage data: device, browser, pages visited and interactions, collected through analytics tools.
- Payment data: subscription status and transaction references. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored by us.
- Communications: messages and feedback you send us.
2. How we use information
- To provide and personalize the Service, including generating learning paths, missions and AI feedback.
- To manage accounts, subscriptions and support requests.
- To improve, secure and debug the Service.
- To send service-related messages. We send marketing only where permitted and you can opt out anytime.
3. AI processing
To power the AI coach and feedback features, content you submit (such as answers, goals and project text) is sent to third-party AI providers (currently OpenAI) for processing. We do not sell your content, and we ask our providers not to use it to train their models where such controls are available.
4. Service providers and sharing
We share data only with providers who help us run the Service, such as:
- Hosting and database infrastructure.
- Dodo Payments, for payment processing.
- Google (sign-in and Google Analytics) and Microsoft Clarity, for analytics.
- OpenAI, for AI features.
We may also disclose information to comply with law or protect our rights. We do not sell personal information.
