1. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
2. Refunds
If you are unhappy with a paid plan, request a refund within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. After that, payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Renewal charges are refundable within 48 hours of the charge if you did not use the paid features in that period.
3. How to request
Email hello@aimlyair.com from your account email. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
4. Payment processing
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Taxes shown at checkout follow your location.
